Since opening our Ice Cream Parlour this Easter, Mr.B's has taken Hayle by storm. Our family business consists of my Mum & Dad, my brother & Laura, and myself & Daniel (my partner). With over 50 flavours we've worked on and refined to pure delight, we are preparing ourselves for the summer season, not knowing what it may bring. I've since discovered two things that are worrying my slightly.....My Mum told us she doesn't really like ice cream and my Dad doesn't really like the public. Tricky eh?
